1/ Land Transportation in China for export & import shipments:

There are two modes, one is general trading which means shpr has put on customs record in POL or POD, then it can be trucked by general haulage to POL or POD to arrange the customs clearance directly.

The other is customs transfer which means that shpr only put on customs record in local region,  if their cargo will be exported or imported fm other regions, it only can be the first declaration in local region, and then make transit transportation in POL or POD.

2/ Customs Clearance in China:

If there are several export licenses for one container, several customs clearance fee will be charged.

If there are several containers for one export license, the continued container fee from the second container will be charged.

If there are over 5 commodity names for one export license, the continued page fee fm the second page will be charged.

3/ B/L Pre-alert & ENS to Carrier:

They must be once correct and sent to carrier before closing document time, otherwise, there is B/L late sending charge or amending charger occured.

4/ Certificates making date:

Insurance: issued within 3days after the vessel departure.(if issued late, the cargo risk isn't assumed before insured)

C/O        : no date limitation(not issue ETD)

Form A   : issued within 7days after the vessel departure

Form B   : issued within 3days after the vessel departure(can't be issued after the date limitation)

Form E   : issued within 3days after the vessel departure

Form F   : issued within 7days after the vessel departure(can't be issued after the date limitation)

Form L   : issued within 7days after the vessel departure

CCPIT   : no date limitation(not issue ETD)
