Fujian Port Cargo Sets Record

Container throughput of the Fujian province ports climbed 10.5 per cent to 942,500 TEU. Domestic trade cargo increased 15.8 per cent to 22.15 million tonnes.

From January to July, collective throughput tonnage of these ports increased 9 per cent year-on-year to 229 million tonnes. Container throughput grew 10.4 per cent to 5.82 million tonnes. Foreign trade cargo went 11.3 per cent up to 93.65 million tonnes.
